The Snipping Tool displays a toolbar at the top with a message asking you to draw a shape to create a screen snip . Both tools provide a similar user experience for editing or taking screenshots when it comes to ease of use. Just press the correct key combination to open the editor. And needless to say, both tools allow you to capture the full screen or a specific area. The file folder icon next to the new button allows you to open an existing image file.
